DESCRIPTION
The NJU77806 is a single low noise rail-to-rail output
CMOS operational amplifier offer a low input voltage
noise density of 5.5nV/Hz at 1kHz while consuming
only 500µA of supply current, and have wide gain
bandwidth of 4.4MHz and slew rate of 1.1V/µs. These
characteristics makes NJU77806 ideal when excellent
performance is required in low noise and low power
applications.
The very low noise of 5.5nV/Hz at 1kHz and low 1/f
noise of 11nV/Hz at 10Hz while consuming only
500µA of supply current, give the NJU77806 the wide
dynamic range necessary for preamps in microphones,
audio amplifiers, active filters and sensor amplifiers.
NJU77806 guaranteed from 1.8V to 5V
specifications. In addition to low noise and low supply
current, the NJU77806 operate on supplies as low as
1.8V. These features makes NJU77806 ideal for
battery powered applications.
The NJU77806 is high RF-immunity to reduce
malfunctions caused by RF noises from mobile phones
and others.
The NJU77806 is available in space saving 5-pin
SC-88A. The small package saves space on PC
boards, and enables the design of small portable
electronic devices.
