Standard level N-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) in a plastic
package using Philips Ultra High-Performance Automotive (UHP) TrenchMOS technology.
This product has been designed and qualified to the appropriate AEC standard for use in
Automotive critical applications.
