Description and Applications
Packaged in the robust industry-standard TO220AB and ITO-220
package, the SBRT40V100CT and SBRT40V100CTFP provide very
low VF and excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures.
They are ideal for use as a rectifier, freewheel diode or blocking diode
in:

AC-DC Adaptors
