General Description
BU7441G/BU7442xxx/BU7444F are input ground
sense, output full swing CMOS operational
amplifiers. BU7441SG/BU7442Sxxx/BU7444SF
have an expanded operating temperature range.
They have the features of low operating supply
voltage, low supply current and low input bias
current. They are suitable for portable equipment
and sensor amplifiers.
